This is not the place to be Noone helped her when she stood and she was so mad at the world that she flagged for a taxi but not one had ever come So she was late for work and she lost her job and she had no one to blame Well the kids at school they used to ask, why are you so down? When we see you walking to and from you always seem to wear that frown She said leave me alone if you don’t want to help and she crossed her arms and she walked away went right home and she locked the door and she thought to herself They were right, He had a dose of freedom and it changed his life forever And nothing in the world could stop him now no, not even you He worked real hard in the cold and he did it because it was right and bold, His friends and family helped him too always pushing for what they thought was true Come to the light, as it shines so bright and who is she? What's that girls name again? Well he always tried to get it right and to do a job well done But his dream had gotten in the way and he just wanted to have some fun But his mind is clearly opened and he can see the true colors And his path is right in front of him he’s a steam rolling train, His time is now And they were right, the kids at school were right
